I took this photo in a quiet corner of Istanbul.
It was early, and the streets weren’t busy yet.
I saw an older man, a street cleaner, pulling his cart along a worn path by an old stone wall. There was something about the scene, his slow movement, the texture of the place, that felt meaningful but hard to explain.
I used intentional camera movement and multiple exposures to try to show how it felt, rather than just what it looked like. The city is full of people like him, working quietly in the background, often unnoticed.
This was my way of paying attention.
